Isha's final semester of a degree in civil engineering in Pune

Isha is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in civil engineering at the Pune Institute of Technology, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $700. The registrar has said Isha can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Isha has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Isha would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Isha isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Pune Institute of Technology bursar's office.
