Hüseyin's septoplasty can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Hüseyin was diagnosed with gallstones with repeated infections in September. The surgeon at Bursa Community Hospital recommended septoplasty, and He is scheduled for December. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,400, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $1,900 short.
my brother has been in and out of Bursa Community Hospital since September. The doctors say gallstones with repeated infections will get worse without septoplasty. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $2,400 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Hüseyin struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 12 weeks. During that time Hüseyin won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.
