Help Uche get back to civilian life: housing deposit and training
Uche served ten years in the navy; $350 would cover a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment.

I served ten years in the navy and was discharged in 2025 with a service-related knee injury. I have been waiting fourteen months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment. The quote I have comes to $350.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $350 goes:
• Transport to appointments: $75
• Essential household items: $65
• Housing deposit and first month: $210
Thanks for reading all this.

Take care. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Sent it to 13 people at work.
It takes guts to ask. Well done. Greetings from Wrocław.
Praying for you. This could happen to any of us. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. All the best.
