Help Tabitha restart a bicycle repair shop in Gulu after floodwater
Tabitha has run a bicycle repair shop for six years; floodwater destroyed the equipment, and $600 will put it back on its feet.

For six years I have run a bicycle repair shop in Gulu. In June, floodwater took a full set of tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 4 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $600 goes:
• Replacing a full set of tools: $380
• Initial stock: spare parts: $75
• Shop repairs and licensing: $35
• Working capital for the first month: $110
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Keep going, Tabitha. I hope things turn around soon. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. All the best.
Sending strength. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. After 13 years in nursing I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings
wishing you the best, Tabitha. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up.
