Help Samantha with wage-theft claim filing and attorney fees
Help Samantha cover the fees of a wage-theft claim so She can stay with her family.

Samantha is facing a wage-theft claim. The hearing is scheduled for November, and the filing fees and the lawyer's retainer come to $3,750. Three legal-aid offices have said their waiting lists are longer than the deadline.
Samantha has all the paperwork ready, and a caseworker at a local immigrant rights clinic has confirmed that the case is valid.
If the deadline is missed Samantha could lose the right to stay with the family and the job. The children were born here and this is the only home they know.
The money goes to the immigration attorney's trust account and the court filing office. I'll upload receipts with sensitive details removed.
Where the $3,750 goes:
• Attorney retainer: $2,500
• Filing and biometrics fees: $890
• Certified translations and document copies: $145
• Court-appointed interpreter and travel: $215
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Thinking of you and your family, Ethan. Your post was clear and honest. After 24 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Casablanca
