Help Rubina finish an accounting degree at Madurai University - $400 to go

Rubina is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an accounting degree at Madurai University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $400. The registrar has said Rubina can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rubina has a first-class average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rubina would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Rubina isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Madurai University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
