Help Romeo pay for a craniotomy at Taguig General Hospital
After severe cataracts in both eyes, Romeo was cleared for a craniotomy, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Romeo was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in September. The surgeon at Taguig General Hospital recommended a craniotomy, and He is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,550, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $1,150 short.
my father has been in and out of Taguig General Hospital since September. The doctors say severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without a craniotomy. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,550 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Romeo struggles with daily life and can't lift anything heavy. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 12 weeks. During that time Romeo won't be able to lift anything heavy, so the costs keep growing.
I'll pay the hospital and pharmacy directly and post every receipt in the updates section.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Pre-operative tests and imaging: $40
• Hospital stay (5 nights): $530
• Travel and lodging for the family: $70
• Post-operative medication: $75
• Surgeon and anesthesia fees: $435
Thanks for being kind about this.
