Robert is one term away from finishing an agriculture degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $3,000.

Robert is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an agriculture degree at Detroit State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,000.
The registrar has said Robert can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Robert has a first-class average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Robert would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Robert isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Detroit State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $3,000 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $810
• Final term tuition: $1,950
• Exam and lab fees: $95
• Textbooks and materials: $145
Thanks for being kind about this.

Hope it all works out, Raymond. Good luck with the exams, you've got this.
You're not alone, Raymond. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. My neighbor in Kota donated after I showed her your page.
It takes guts to ask. Well done. Love from Savannah.
