Help Rasha restart a street-food cart in Giza after a break-in
Rasha lost a gas stove and two refrigerators to a break-in and needs $500 to reopen a street-food cart and support the family.

For six years I have run a street-food cart in Giza. In August, a break-in took a gas stove and two refrigerators. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 5 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $500 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $65
• Initial stock: ingredients: $110
• Replacing a gas stove and two refrigerators: $325
Thanks for being kind about this.

Looking forward to the next update. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Bellevue
so sorry you're going through this. Hope you make a strong comeback. Wish I lived closer to Tijuana so I could bring a meal.
