Help Murat through 4 rounds of treatment for multiple myeloma
4 rounds of treatment are planned at Bornova Regional Medical Center; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Murat was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in July. The oncology team at Bornova Regional Medical Center has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Murat is 25, worked as a hairdresser until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Bornova Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $1,450 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $990
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $190
• Scans and lab work: $270
Glad we found this place.

Hope it all works out. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 9 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything. God bless.
Hope things get better soon. This could happen to any of us. After 30 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Onitsha.
Good luck, Gül. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
Wishing you peace. Hope the doctors have good news. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Leeds.
So sorry you're going through this, Gül. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I'm in public service myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. God bless!
Thinking of you. Wishing Murat a smooth procedure and a full recovery. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. All the best!
Best of luck. I hope things turn around soon. I have a 10 year old who wants to send good wishes too
