Help me finish an agriculture degree at Poitiers Community College - $4,350 to go
Maëlle is two terms away from finishing an agriculture degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $4,350.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an agriculture degree at Poitiers Community College, and I'm two terms away from graduating. I have worked as a shop assistant to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $4,350.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a first-class average, and my department head has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $4,350 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,550
• Final term tuition: $2,500
• Exam and lab fees: $105
• Textbooks and materials: $195
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Any update on how things are going in Poitiers?
keep going. Your post was clear and honest. After 29 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings.
take care. Shared this with my family. Wish I lived closer to Dodoma so I could bring a meal
Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Maëlle.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. outstanding tuition balance comes first ($1,550) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Thanks for asking.
This could happen to any of us. Sent it to 23 people at work. All the best.
wishing you peace, Maëlle. Your post was clear and honest. Thinking of Poitiers.
Wishing you the best, Maëlle. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Poitiers.
