I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a pharmacy diploma at Enugu State College, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $750.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a distinction average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Enugu State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $750 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $240
• Final term tuition: $430
• Exam and lab fees: $25
• Textbooks and materials: $55
Glad we found this place.

Stay strong. Shared this with my family. We're a small family in Lahore but we're thinking of you. Take care.

Sending strength, Tayo. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
