Help me finish a master's in public health at the Cox's Bazar Institute of Technology - $500 to go
Jahid is one term away from finishing a master's in public health but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $500.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a master's in public health at the Cox's Bazar Institute of Technology, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a barista to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $500.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a distinction average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $500 goes:
• Final term tuition: $350
• Textbooks and materials: $15
• Outstanding tuition balance: $135
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Hope you get there. After 8 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything
Stay strong, Jahid. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. It's not much but it's yours. All the best.
So sorry you're going through this. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Kilkenny!
