Help Ludwig get back to civilian life: housing deposit and training
After six years of service, Ludwig is raising funds for a trained service dog and handler course.

Ingrid served six years in the marines and was discharged in 2025 with hearing damage and PTSD. She has been waiting fourteen months for support, and meanwhile is sleeping at a brother's place.
The plan: a trained service dog and handler course. The quote comes to $2,500.
Ingrid is receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and is committed to recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
Money will be paid to the training provider and the landlord directly.
Where the $2,500 goes:
• Training provider fees: $1,250
• Housing deposit and first month: $650
• Transport to appointments: $230
• Essential household items: $370
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
