Help Liza restart a sewing studio in Iloilo City after a long illness and repossession
A sewing studio in Iloilo City needs help replacing a cutting table and overlocker after a long illness and repossession.

For three years I have run a sewing studio in Iloilo City. In August, a long illness and repossession took a cutting table and overlocker. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Thursday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 8 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $500 goes:
• Replacing a cutting table and overlocker: $210
• Initial stock: fabric: $125
• Shop repairs and licensing: $100
• Working capital for the first month: $65
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

You're not alone. Hope the shop reopens soon. Don't give up. Love from San Jose.
Hope it all works out. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Put this on a community board in Warsaw this morning
