Khadija was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in August. The oncology team at Dammam University Hospital has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Khadija is 38, worked as a bakery worker until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Dammam University Hospital 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.

• Household costs while unable to work: $800
• Transport to Dammam University Hospital: $540
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $310
• Scans and lab work: $600
