Kennedy was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery in August. The surgeon at London Orthopedic Institute recommended valve repair surgery, and She is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $13,500, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $6,700 short.
my daughter has been in and out of London Orthopedic Institute since August. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without valve repair surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $13,500 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Kennedy struggles with daily life and can't stand for more than ten minutes. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
