Help Jahid finish a master's in public health at Varanasi State College - $650 to go
A first-generation student, Jahid needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a master's in public health.

Jahid is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at Varanasi State College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650.
The registrar has said Jahid can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Jahid has a distinction average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Jahid would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Jahid isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Varanasi State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $650 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $210
• Final term tuition: $320
• Exam and lab fees: $30
• Textbooks and materials: $90
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Rooting for you, Shafiq. Shared it with a few friends. I'm in nursing myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you.
