Help Ifeoma get back to civilian life: housing deposit and training
Ifeoma served eight years in the army; $650 would cover a vocational welding course and tools.

I served eight years in the army and was discharged in 2023 with a service-related knee injury. I have been waiting seven months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a vocational welding course and tools. The quote I have comes to $650.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $650 goes:
• Housing deposit and first month: $195
• Essential household items: $85
• Training provider fees: $370
Glad we found this place.
