Help Hülya restart a bicycle repair shop in Bornova after a long illness and repossession
Hülya has run a bicycle repair shop for four years; a long illness and repossession destroyed the equipment, and $600 will put it back on its feet.

For four years I have run a bicycle repair shop in Bornova. In June, a long illness and repossession took a full set of tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Thursday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 8 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $600 goes:
• Replacing a full set of tools: $320
• Working capital for the first month: $160
• Shop repairs and licensing: $120
With deep gratitude,
Hülya

Thank you all. We're at 14% now ($86). I'm honestly stunned. I made the first payment toward replacing a full set of tools.

Thanks for sharing this, Hülya. Looking forward to the next update. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money
Sending good thoughts. Gave what I could, wish it was more. After 15 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
