Help Hira through 10 rounds of treatment for thyroid cancer
10 rounds of treatment are planned at the Faisalabad Oncology Institute; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Hira was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in August. The oncology team at the Faisalabad Oncology Institute has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in December. She will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Hira is 53, worked as a hairdresser until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Faisalabad Oncology Institute 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $850
• Scans and lab work: $80
• Transport to the Faisalabad Oncology Institute: $130
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $65
