Ghada is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in civil engineering at Shubra University, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $750. The registrar has said Ghada can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ghada has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ghada would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Ghada isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $750 goes: • Final term tuition: $370 • Exam and lab fees: $20 • Outstanding tuition balance: $360 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
