Gang is one semester away from finishing a diploma in hospitality management but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $4,900.

Gang is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Sydney State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,900.
The registrar has said Gang can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Gang has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Gang would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Gang isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Sydney State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
