Faith was diagnosed with prostate cancer in June. The oncology team at Quezon City Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 7 weeks. Faith is 30, worked as a construction supervisor until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Quezon City Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $1,100 goes: • Transport to Quezon City Regional Medical Center: $160 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $85 • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $530 • Household costs while unable to work: $325 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
