Elif has worked and saved for three years to study a master's in public health; a $1,800 gap now stands between her and graduation.

Elif is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a master's in public health at the Üsküdar Institute of Technology, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,800.
The registrar has said Elif can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Elif has a distinction average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Elif would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Elif isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the Üsküdar Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
