Help Dae-hyun restart a laundry service in Seoul after floodwater
Dae-hyun lost two washing machines and a dryer to floodwater and needs $2,600 to reopen a laundry service and support the family.

For fifteen years I have run a laundry service in Seoul. In February, floodwater took two washing machines and a dryer. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Monday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $2,600 goes:
• Initial stock: detergent and packaging: $380
• Working capital for the first month: $220
• Replacing two washing machines and a dryer: $2,000
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

hang in there. Hope you get there. My neighbor in Fresno donated after I showed her your page.
Hang in there, Dae-hyun. Hope you make a strong comeback. God bless.
So sorry you're going through this. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
thinking of you. Hope you make a strong comeback. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care.
good luck, Dae-hyun. Gave what I could, wish it was more
You're not alone, Dae-hyun. Hope you make a strong comeback. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
