Help Crystal with residency renewal filing and attorney fees
Help Crystal cover the fees of a residency renewal so She can stay with her family.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom1,179 views
Crystal is facing a residency renewal. The hearing is scheduled for November, and the filing fees and the lawyer's retainer come to $1,450. Three legal-aid offices have said their waiting lists are longer than the deadline.
Crystal has all the paperwork ready, and a caseworker at a local immigrant rights clinic has confirmed that the case is valid.
If the deadline is missed Crystal could lose the right to stay with the family and the job. The children were born here and this is the only home they know.
The money goes to the immigration attorney's trust account and the court filing office. I'll upload receipts with sensitive details removed.
Where the $1,450 goes:
• Court-appointed interpreter and travel: $115
• Certified translations and document copies: $230
• Attorney retainer: $1,105
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
