Gabriel, my husband, passed away on 5 November after a long fight with kidney disease. He was 83 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance. The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,500 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 18 November. I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Gabriel to have a dignified farewell. Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers. Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a local food bank.
