Help Araceli finish a pharmacy diploma at Bogotá Community College - $500 to go
A first-generation student, Araceli needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a pharmacy diploma.
🇨🇴 Bogotá D.C., Colombia1,607 views
Araceli is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a pharmacy diploma at Bogotá Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500.
The registrar has said Araceli can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Araceli has a 3.8 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Araceli would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Araceli isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Bogotá Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $500 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $420
• Textbooks and materials: $35
• Exam and lab fees: $45
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
