Hadi's final semester of a law degree in Yogyakarta

Hadi is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at Yogyakarta State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600. The registrar has said Hadi can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Hadi has a first-class average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Hadi would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Hadi isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Yogyakarta State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
