Ginger's a ruptured cruciate ligament: help with the vet bill

Ginger is my three-legged dog of eleven years. On 26 November we rushed to the Kathmandu Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond March.
Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Kathmandu Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $450 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $290
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $90
• Medication and follow-up visits: $40
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $30
