Get Rutuja back on the road: my ride-share car repair fund
Rutuja drives for a living in Pune, and a broken gearbox has stopped all income for 10 weeks.

I make my living with my ride-share car. 10 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $150. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 1 children. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $150 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $20
• gearbox replacement (parts): $110
• Labor charges: $20
Thank you for reading my story.

Small businesses are the heart of Pune. Hope you're open again soon. My husband and I read this together. Take care!
Wishing you the best, Rutuja. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Thinking of you and your family, Rutuja. Hope you make a strong comeback. God bless.
