Get Milan back on the road: my school-run minibus repair fund
Milan's my school-run minibus is Milan's only source of income and needs a suspension replacement costing $1,250.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 6 weeks ago the suspension failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• suspension replacement (parts): $580
• Labor charges: $320
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $240
• Towing and inspection: $110
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

You're not alone, Milan. Hope this works out for you. Thinking of Nijmegen.
is there anything that isn't money that would help Milan?
Thank you. If you're in Nijmegen I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Ask me anything else.
Sending love. Shared it with a few friends. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. God bless

Good luck, Milan. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. God bless.
