Get Ines back on the road: my ride-share car repair fund
Without my ride-share car Ines can't work; a $1,250 repair would put her back on the road.
🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia1,930 views
I make my living with my ride-share car. 7 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $760
• Labor charges: $240
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $190
• Towing and inspection: $60
Thank you for reading my story.

Good luck. Looking forward to the next update. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Thinking of Riyadh!
Wishing you peace. Hope the shop reopens soon. I'll check back for the next update. God bless.
