Funeral costs for Purvi's grandmother, Kshitija
Kshitija passed away on 22 August; we're raising $450 for a respectful funeral in Chennai.

Kshitija, my grandmother, passed away on 22 August after a sudden heart attack. She was 39 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $450 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 3 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Kshitija to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.
Where the $450 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $390
• Memorial gathering for the family: $25
• Transport of the deceased: $35
