Funeral costs for Luís's grandmother, Bruna

Bruna, my grandmother, passed away on 4 July after a short illness. She was 48 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,000 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 22 July.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Bruna to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Transport of the deceased: $125
