Funeral costs for Ezra's grandfather, Charles
Charles passed away on 19 September; we're raising $3,800 for a respectful funeral in Christchurch.

Charles, my grandfather, passed away on 19 September after a road accident. He was 85 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $3,800 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 2 October.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Charles to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Christchurch hospice.

• Transport of the deceased: $150
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,350
• Funeral home services and casket: $2,300
