Finn's final semester of an accounting degree in Rotterdam
Finn has worked and saved for four years to study an accounting degree; a $4,650 gap now stands between him and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an accounting degree at Rotterdam Polytechnic, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a library assistant to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $4,650.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.8 average, and my academic advisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Rotterdam Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $4,650 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,150
• Final term tuition: $2,950
• Exam and lab fees: $260
• Textbooks and materials: $290
I hope life is good to you.

This could happen to any of us. Thinking of Rotterdam.
As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Wish I lived closer to San Antonio so I could bring a meal!
Sending strength, Finn. It takes guts to ask. Well done. After 28 years in construction I know how hard it is to ask for anything.
Best of luck. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Sent it to 33 people at work. All the best.
