Fighting stage 2 breast cancer: help Elijah afford treatment in Brisbane
12 rounds of treatment are planned at the Brisbane Oncology Institute; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Elijah was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in June. The oncology team at the Brisbane Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks.
Elijah is 27, worked as a taxi driver until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Brisbane Oncology Institute 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $390
• Scans and lab work: $770
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,590
