Fighting non-Hodgkin lymphoma: help Qasim afford treatment in Shubra
8 rounds of treatment are planned at Shubra University Hospital; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Qasim was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in June. The oncology team at Shubra University Hospital has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Qasim is 46, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Shubra University Hospital 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• Scans and lab work: $125
• Transport to Shubra University Hospital: $160
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $965
Thanks for being kind about this.
