Nimra was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in September. The oncology team at Karachi Regional Medical Center has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in January. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks. Nimra is 42, worked as a hairdresser until September, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Karachi Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $950 goes: • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $650 • Scans and lab work: $180 • Transport to Karachi Regional Medical Center: $120 If you're reading this, thank you.
