Fighting kidney cancer: help Ronaldo afford treatment in Rio de Janeiro

Ronaldo was diagnosed with kidney cancer in October. The oncology team at Rio de Janeiro Regional Medical Center has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in December. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Ronaldo is 32, worked as a hairdresser until October, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Rio de Janeiro Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $2,900 goes:
• Scans and lab work: $390
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $160
• Household costs while unable to work: $350
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,000
