Munich
Kevin was diagnosed with kidney cancer in May. The oncology team at Munich Regional Medical Center has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in July. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks. Kevin is 38, worked as a bank teller until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Munich Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $8,200 goes: • Transport to Munich Regional Medical Center: $890 • Scans and lab work: $1,500 • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $4,450 • Household costs while unable to work: $1,360 With deep gratitude, Thomas
