Yash was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in June. The oncology team at Muzaffarpur Cancer Centre has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks. Yash is 33, worked as a hairdresser until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Muzaffarpur Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
