Samuele was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in August. The oncology team at Naples University Hospital has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks.
Samuele is 27, worked as a taxi driver until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Naples University Hospital 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
