Fighting early-stage lung cancer: help Wendy afford treatment in Cardiff
12 rounds of treatment are planned at the Cardiff Oncology Institute; we are asking for help with the costs insurance does not cover.

Wendy was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in August. The oncology team at the Cardiff Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Wendy is 26, worked as a nurse until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Cardiff Oncology Institute 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
