Fighting colon cancer: help Luciana afford treatment in Guarulhos
Luciana is facing colon cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Luciana was diagnosed with colon cancer in April. The oncology team at the Guarulhos Oncology Institute has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in August. She will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Luciana is 36, worked as a bus conductor until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Guarulhos Oncology Institute 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
