Fighting cervical cancer: help Salvador afford treatment in Albany
Salvador is facing cervical cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Salvador was diagnosed with cervical cancer in July. The oncology team at Albany Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Salvador is 58, worked as a shop owner until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Albany Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Scans and lab work: $710
• Transport to Albany Regional Medical Center: $790
