Fighting cervical cancer: help Rani afford treatment in Chennai
6 rounds of treatment are planned at Chennai Cancer Centre; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Rani was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August. The oncology team at Chennai Cancer Centre has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Rani is 35, worked as a hairdresser until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Chennai Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,100
