Farewell fund for Rakesh: help Mohit's family in Wollongong
Mohit lost his husband suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $1,250.

Rakesh, my husband, passed away on 14 August after a sudden heart attack. He was 63 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $1,250 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 27 August.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Rakesh to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• Transport of the deceased: $350
• Memorial gathering for the family: $260
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $640
